Stun guns cannot be shipped to the following states RI,HI,NY,MD,MA,IL,NJ,WI,MI.
Mace And Pepper Spray cannot be shipped to NY Or MA
Pepper sprays can be shipped by ground only.
Stun Guns, Pepper Spray And Mace cannot be shipped outside of the United States.
A physical address is required we will not ship to a p.o. box.
Orders placed by 3pm will be shipped the same day orders shipped after 3pm will be shipped the next business day.

Ups next day air $40.00
Ups saturday delivery add $12.00 to the above rate
Defect And Warranty Issues
All of our products are warrantied by the manufacturer of that particular item all manufacturers have different warranty terms-policies please refer to the warranty information provided by the manufacturer or call us if you need assistance. All products are gaurenteed to be free of defects at the time of shipping, if you receive a defective product please e mail or call us within 15 days of purchase to receive return instructions. We reserve the right to repair or replace all defectice merchandise at our own discression

All returns must be completed within 90 days of origional purchase date.
